Hey Jude- The Beatles

Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

Hey Jude, don't be afraid
You were made to go out and get her
The minute you let her under your skin
Then you begin to make it better

And anytime you feel the pain, hey Jude, refrain
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders
For well you know that it's a fool who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder
Na na na, na na, na na na na

Hey Jude, don't let me down
You have found her, now go and get her
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

So let it out and let it in, hey Jude, begin
You're waiting for someone to perform with
And don't you know that it's just you? Hey Jude, you'll do
The movement you need is on your shoulder
Na na na, na na, na na na na, yeah

Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her under your skin
Then you begin to make it better
Better, better, better, better, better, oh!

Na na na, na-na na na
Na-na na na, hey Jude
Na na na, na-na na na
Na-na na na, hey Jude

Na na na, na-na na na
Na-na na na, hey Jude
Na na na, na-na na na
Na-na na na, hey Jude

Na na na, na-na na na
Na-na na na, hey Jude
Na na na, na-na na na
Na-na na na, hey Jude

Improving self confidence~

Faith and Believe in yourself

Self confidence is having faith in yourself and your ability to handle whatever situations are presented to you. You are blessed with freedom from doubt in yourself. When you need to perform a task or complete a project, you have no question in your mind that you will succeed. You are not afraid to look people in the eye or to express your thoughts.

Having confidence in yourself means you have belief in your ability to accomplish things that others would consider difficult or impossible. This type of faith in yourself inspires others around you and they often start believing that you can deliver whatever you’ve set out to do. At this point, you’ve succeeded in convincing not only yourself but other people that you will succeed.

If you have faith in yourself, you are able to laugh at yourself. You trust and believe that you’ll be able to deal with whatever life throws you, good or bad. If you know what you want and where you’re trying to go, you have self confidence. If you stay calm under pressure, because you know it’s only a matter of time until you figure out what to do, you have self confidence. Another good indicator of having adequate confidence is a sense of purpose and a willingness to take risks.

Self confidence ebook - Improve yourself
Your confidence level may fluctuate on a daily basis. A bad day at the office or an argument with your spouse may cause you to feel shaky. If you’ve overloaded your schedule and are having trouble meeting all your obligations, you may have periods of self-doubt. On the other hand, solving a problem you’ve been working on for some time will cause it to soar.

Believing in yourself can open doors for you. People are likely to agree with your interpretation of your ability to handle situations. If you believe you can handle anything, others will too.

Lacking faith in your ability to handle situations occasionally is normal. If you find that you doubt yourself more often than not, you need to work on improvement.

how to motivate student..

Motivating students is a challenge all teachers face. Since every classroom consists of a wide array of students, each student brings with them different student learning styles, different interests, and different life experiences that make each classroom unique and special. There are several ways that teachers can tap into the individual learning styles and interests of students, thus making learning more fun and meaningful all at the same time. One excellent way to start is by having strong classroom management skills; you can refine your natural talents in this area by following the tips found in Take Back That Class.

Here are some teaching ideas for how to motivate students:

Expectations. Teachers should set reasonable objectives for every lesson that allow their students to progress in the classroom. Expect students to achieve the objectives, and they will. Studies show that students achieve at higher rates when their teachers have high expectations for them.
Success. Motivate students by showing them that they can be successful in the classroom. Teachers can differentiate instruction to meet the students' needs by adjusting the corresponding class work to the appropriate levels. Class work can be modified in a variety of ways: shortened assignments, extra response time, or enrichment activities.
Relevance. Show students how what they are learning matters in real life. This is one of the most effective motivation techniques, especially for older students, as it gives them meaning and purpose for their hard work. Guide students to discuss the new material, and allow students to draw on their own experiences to learn and understand the new material.

As a conclusion, we should really appreciate what are the teachers trying to do with us or maybe with our kids someday..it is not easy to be a teacher.. Teacher's role is very important to educate us..they have to bare every possible reaction from parents and students.. what can i say here is that motivation from others also important in someones life..not only teachers, maybe friends too..you can find anything at this web, just click and you will find the solution...

Self Esteem vs Me?

huhu..this is my biggest problems...self esteem..i dont even know how to handle it sometimes..i always look down to myself..i know everyone has their own weakness but i always think that i'm worse..but now, i slowly tried to make myself to be more confident..i try to listen to people advise so that i could be more positive about myself..just like one of our friends said :

feel good about yourself

how to get that feeling?...if you are not lazy.just google "self-esteem"...there's too many articles about this thing..all  sorts...

my tips...learn how to like yourself, identify your strength and your weakness...things that you have to admit, you admit it...things that you have to improve, you must improve...make a check list if you already know what your strength ang weakness..

throw away all negative feeling...such as," i am no good"...When God create us, He gave us all sorts of perfectness that we should appreciate...we have to think that and not waiting for someone to tell you about it...find it through thinking process, through hard work, through experince..and through knowledge....

once you comfortable with yourself, naturally and beautifully you will be opened to the world around you...and believe me, people like you because of who you are not what you are...

look at Mawi AF3 for example...crowd love him because of himself, dun fake like other singer...if you are a Malay, just be it...no need to change identity to make people fall in love with us...be your self :p

i've got this from a friend at The FORUM..

acknowledge this at some web... TIPS

something that makes me blooming..~

everytime i listened to this song,i feel very energetic..i will have the courage and guts to go through my difficult time..my spirit light up..my soul would be sparkles...haha..yeah.its true..this is the song that could brighten up my day and life...

What is motivation???

Motivation is to give reason, incentive, enthusiasm, or interest that causes a specific action or certain behavior. Motivation is present in every life function. Simple acts such as eating are motivated by hunger. Education is motivated by desire for knowledge. Motivators can be anything from reward to coercion.

There are two main kinds of motivation: intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic motivation is internal. It occurs when people are compelled to do something out of pleasure, importance, or desire. Extrinsic motivation occurs when external factors compel the person to do something. However, there are many theories and labels that serve as sub tittles to the definition of motivation. For example: "I will give you a candy bar if you clean your room." This is an example of reward motivation.
A common place that we see the need to apply motivation, is in the work place. In the work force, we can see motivation play a key role in leadership success. A person unable to grasp motivation and apply it, will not become or stay a leader. It is critical that anyone seeking to lead or motivate understand "Howletts Hierarchy of Work Motivators."
Salary, benefits, working conditions, supervision, policy, safety, security, affiliation, and relationships are all externally motivated needs. These are the first three levels of "Howletts Hierarchy" When these needs are achieved, the person moves up to level four and then five. However, if levels one through three are not met, the person becomes dissatisfied with their job. When satisfaction is not found, the person becomes less productive and eventually quits or is fired. Achievement, advancement, recognition, growth, responsibility, and job nature are internal motivators. These are the last two levels of "Howletts Hierarchy." They occur when the person motivates themselves (after external motivation needs are met.) An employer or leader that meets the needs on the "Howletts Hierarchy" will see motivated employees and see productivity increase. Understanding the definition of motivation, and then applying it, is one of the most prevalent challenges facing employers and supervisors. Companies often spend thousands of dollars each year hiring outside firms just to give motivation seminars.
Another place motivation plays a key role is in education. A teacher that implements motivational techniques will see an increased participation, effort, and higher grades. Part of the teachers job is to provide an environment that is motivationally charged. This environment accounts for students who lack their own internal motivation. One of the first places people begin to set goals for themselves is in school. Ask any adult: "What is the main thing that motivates you." Their answer will most likely be goals. Even the simplest things in life are the result of goal setting. A person may say, "I want to save 300.00 for a new T.V." Well, that is a goal. School is where we are most likely to learn the correlation between goals, and the definition of motivation. That correlation is what breeds success.
So, as you can see, motivation is what propels life. It plays a major role in nearly everything we do. Without motivation, we would simply not care about outcomes, means, accomplishment, education, success, failure, employment, etc.. Then, what would be the point?
